Interlake Tear Drop Style Pallet Rack Frames - Frames are made from 13 gauge steel. Columns are 3" x 3". Vista green, zinc columns. Frames included foot plates to allow frames to be anchor bolt to your floor. Anchor bolts are sold separately, see pallet racking accessories.

Frame Capacities
Maximum Unsupported Length (In.)	13 Gauge 0.090" Thick	• Maximum unsupported length is measured from the floor to the top of the first beam or the maximum beam spacing (whichever is greater). • Frame capacities are shown in lbs. and are for product load plus dead load (dead load = 2.0% of product load). • Capacities are per the 2002 RMI and the 2001 AISI specifications. • Load factors are 1.4 for product load and 1.2 for dead load. • Capacities are only valid when used with Interlake published beam sizes. • Capacities are not valid for free standing frames that have an H/D ratio greater than 6.0 where H is the distance from the floor to the top of the beam and D is the frame depth. • Capacities are valid for static load only. • These capacities assume that all component parts are (1) manufactured by Interlake, (2) in good condition, and (3) properly installed. • For beams over 144" used with 2A frames, reduce capacity by 6%. • All columns have "F" style punching

Custom Frame / Fast Delivery

We have a lot of frames at our facility that are all different sizes. One area we had to add to for more storage. We only needed 2 more frames. The frames are 144"H x 30"D. I called around and everyone told me it's not a standard size and will have a lead time of 4 - 7 weeks. We did not want to wait that long, especially for just 2 frames. I asked around and was directed to your website, and that you make custom size frames. Price was the same as a standard frame and the arrived 5 days after I ordered. Thanks Hawkeye Material, you helped us out when others couldn't. I'll keep you in mind for next time!
