Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. Hawkmat.com is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography. All parts come with original manufacture warranty. Customer pays return shipping on all services. Hawkmat.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  

Hawkmat.com accepts the following Payment Methods:

(Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)

UPS Ground Commercial / Residental  - Normal Delivery plus 1-2 days processing time
UPS 2nd Day Air  - Takes 2 Days plus 1-2 days processing time
UPS 3 Day  - Takes 3 Days plus 1-2 days processing time
UPS Next Day Air  - Takes 1 Days plus 1-2 days processing time
FedEx Second Day - Takes 2 Days plus 1-2 days processing time
FedEx Over-Night - Takes 1 Day plus 1-2 days processing time
Freight Truck  - Normal Delivery plus 1-2 days processing time
Hawkmat.com has access to over 25 Domestic freight carriers and can prepay and add to your Invoice or use a carrier of your choosing and ship collect to your account.

Extended Warranty
Hawkmat.com does not offer extended warranties

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within Iowa, will be charged the applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate.

Item Testing
Like any other retailers, all items are shipped as we received from the manufacturers.

Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Hawkmat.com cannot honor warranty for physical damage.

Cancelling Orders

Standard, stocking products (special, modified, and or custom product(s) do not apply) can be cancelled at anytime.  If the product has already shipped out, all shipping and handling fees must be paid by you the buyer/purchaser, in order to return the product(s) back to its origin.  Any restocking fees incurred will also be paid by you the buyer/purchaser.  See Restocking Fee section.  Refunds will be retuned in the full amount of the purchase price, minus any shipping or restocking fees incurred up to the time of cancellation. 

Return Policy

No returns are accepted after 30 days from the receipt of product. You must obtain authorization from Hawkeye Material Handling first, before returning any product(s).  Failure to do so may cause delay in the process, and or you may be denied any funds to be returned.  Returns will not be accepted by the original manufacture without a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization.  Please contact us so that we can provide you with the correct RMA number.  All orders are subject to the manufactures restocking fee of 25% of the value of the product.  Amount of refund is based on the condition of the product once returned to the manufacture. Any damage, dents, scratches, and or imperfections to the product, will decrease the amount of refund. Please check the product at the time of receipt for any problems. It's up to the purchaser/buyer, to make sure products being returned are in the same condition as received.  

Note: Not all products can be returned.  Please contact us before returning any item(s) so that we can help insure proper processing.  All shipping costs incurred for shipping products back, will be paid by the buyer/purchaser.

Restocking Fee
Restocking fees will apply to the manufactures restocking policy. Most manufactures have a restocking fee of 25% of the total value of the product(s) being returned.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the receipt of product.  Returns  may not be accepted without authorization first. 


Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Hawkmat.com can not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. 

Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please check our web site for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.

Order Status
Hawkmat.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check online status page for live updates.

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security. 

Hawkmat.com.com Parts respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from Hawkmat.com Parts are updates to any recent orders.

Fair Credit Billing Act:
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.

Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been charged. Please call during business hour to change your order. Please always have your order number ready.

Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hour to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days.

Volume Discounts
We do offer volume or wholesale discounts.

Product Reviews
Hawkmat.com is not a forum for product reviews. However, customer comments in regards to their experience with said products are the opinions of the user. The customer opinion reviews are used at the discretion of Hawkmat.com as a marketing device for positive and constructive ways to share the benefit of the product. It is not used as a source for negative commentary as we cannot endorse the validity of any negative comment. Therefore, the Hawkmat.com site is moderated to remove any unproven biased negative comments. It is not the intention of Hawkmat.com to mislead any customer and therefore all purchase decisions should not be solely based on the product review.

Hawkmat.com Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Hawkmat.com ("Hawkeye Material Handling"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Hawkmat.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Hawkmat.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Hawkmat.com.

1. Product Return Procedure:

  • To return a product based upon Hawkmat.com's replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. Please call 800-728-9784 to obtain an RMA number. Hawkmat.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Hawkmat.com. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Hawkmat.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Hawkmat.com's Return Procedure will be breached and Hawkmat.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
  • Hawkmat.com will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges.


Hawkmat.com is a distributor only. Products sold by Hawkmat.com are not manufactured by Hawkmat.com. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Hawkmat.com assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Hawkmat.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. Hawkmat.com DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 

3. YEAR 2000 POLICY 
Customer's only recourse for any "Year 2000" issue is as against the applicable manufacturer under its manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer to determine warranty coverage for "Year 2000" compliance problems. Hawkmat.com DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO "YEAR 2000" COMPLIANCE OF ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE RETURN POLICY OUTLINED ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO "YEAR 2000" COMPLIANCE PROBLEMS. 



Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon Hawkmat.com until it is accepted; Hawkmat.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Hawkmat.com. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater. 

Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping charges shown on the Hawkmat.com invoice. 

Title; Risk of Loss: Hawkmat.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Hawkmat.com reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow Hawkmat.com to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit Hawkmat.com to protect its purchase money security interest. Hawkmat.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Hawkmat.com will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Hawkmat.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Hawkmat.com and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Iowa, Linn County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Hawkmat.com that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice. 

Severability:If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Iowa law. 

Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing. 

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the Hawkmat.com's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Hawkmat.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Hawkmat.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
